This offering is designed for independent Property Managers who would like to focus time and attention on developing great customer relationships and actively managing buildings, rather than on technology, paperwork, and administrative minutiae. Transproperties can provide to your Associations a branded version of the Standard Management Services described above, giving you more time to grow your client base and provide excellent service. This offering includes:

  • Transition management.

    Migration of your existing customer data to the Transproperties infrastructure.
  • All Standard Services (described above)

    for every Association you manage. All documents relating to your properties will be scanned and made available to you online.
  • A Manager login

    to the portal, allowing you to view and edit information about any property you manage.
