This package, offered only to Associations with 15 units or more, includes everything in the Standard Management Services package, plus:
Vendor management and bid solicitations.
Transproperties prepares a comprehensive preventative maintenance calendar for each property, and manages appropriate services vendors to execute the plan. In addition, we analyze vendor contracts, monitor vendor performance, and replace underperforming or overpriced vendors. We will get 3 competitive bids for all major (>$1,000) projects.Meeting attendance.
Attendance by the Transproperties representative at Board and Association meetings.Regular site visits.
A manager visits on a regular basis to inspect the condition of the property.Emergency support.
24-hour, 7-day-per-week availability for immediate resolution of any issues that endanger the safety of residents or cause damage to the property.
